So I'm curiously thinking about ideas on this blog. Many of you have followed the Lightroom Class and are into your systems a few months now - I am curious about you. What do you think? What's your biggest frustration with the system - how can we make it better? Do you have tips you want to share with everyone here in a guest post?
With all things digital, what more do you want to know? If you had an hour or two of my time, what would you ask me? If you could see more tutorials here, what would they be?
What's your biggest frustration or problem with scrapbooking/memory keeping/photography?
I want to know if there is anything else you want to know. I am dedicating a few hours a week in the coming months to this blog and I would rather write content that you all will truly find helpful than just throwing mud to the wall and hoping it sticks.
So I am here - ready to write and share - you tell me what you need and want. You can comment below or email me at Lightroomlady at gmail.com.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Hope you all have a fabulous weekend. :)
Kayla - I want to thank you again for all your efforts on this blog. I am not sure if it is a question actually but something that I am challenged with is keep up with the new downloads I get each month.

Hello Kayla!I'm in the thick of organizing my stuff in LR, and sometimes, it's a wee tedious, but I'm loving each minute of it, since I know I'm slowly moving towards getting truly organized. But what I love the most is that I'm constantly inspired and itching to scrap with the goodies in my stash! My frustration has got to be not being able to scrap as much as I want. But I've decided that "rewarding" myself with scrap-time keeps me focused on organizing. :) I would like to learn how to preserve my mother's and her generation's memories in a book (major project, i know))...can you point me in the right direction please? thanks again Kayla. :)

Ok, things I really love about LR ...
* in regards to my photos and digi-supplies, now that they are tagged, I can find something I am looking for in seconds! LOVE that.
* I like that I only have what I really like and use in LR, as I culled my stuff before I 'brought' it over. :)
Things I'm not so excited about (and it's my own fault) ...
* I wish I had combined my photos and my digistuff into the one collection. I'm looking for a (simple) way to do that now.
* I scrap on my laptop, and I don't have access to LR which is attached to my main computer, so that makes things difficult.
* The process to importing digi-supplies into LR is easy if you do it all the time, but if some time goes by, I have to stop and think about what I do when I add a new kit into LR.
Thank you so much, Kayla, for your LR classes ... it has literally made my life so much easier.

Thank you, Kayla. I've finally stuck with it and started organizing my digital supplies. I am so appreciative of all the work you did to develop these processes and guide us--I could not have done it on my own. My biggest frustration is that I have so many supplies and it takes so much time, but I'm getting quicker by the day and will keep plugging away. Then on to my photos.

Loving the LR classes. I have decided to not convert my QPs and import into LR. I will use them for quick scrapping, but would
never post them online, so don't want the huge file size on my HD.
I will use Bridge to find them.
Thank goodness I am saying bye to ACDsee. I have deleted thousands
of .xmp files off my mac that got moved over to my new
iMac.
I would like to see some tutorials on what to do if an import
goes wrong and how to correct it, besides moving all the files
within LR. Also I would like to know at what level or were you
keep you folders on your Mac (Pictures & Scrapbooking kits).
Thank you, Kayla for all you do. :)

Kayla, I want to again thank you for the tuts. I am gradually getting organized. I have such a HUGE supply that I decided to do my favorite designers first the keep working on the others. I also have started my daughter with using LR. Since she doesn't have Bridge I have done the kits that we have the same for her to hopefully keep her files smaller. Will work on the others as she wants me too. I have directed her to this site too for the tuts. Haven't gotten to photos yet. Do take some time here and there to scrap. Can't wait to get it all done!!
Thanks again. Hope you have a great summer.

Thank you so much for your class. For me I would like to see more how you cleaned up your folder after import. I am tech challenged and tried to get my husband to watch it so he could show me how to do it on our PC, but to no avail. If you could show that again slower or if anyone has come up with a different way for PC users, I would really appreciate it. I watched and re-watched it but I am just not getting it.

I'm only just beginning your Lightroom Course because I only just bought the program a couple of weeks ago. I hope I can get it done before you take it down!
